You could have to rejig commitments to make room for additional actions, or choose something that fits into your busy schedule. It can be a bit scary making changes to your life, and most people get anxious about attempting something new. Exercise not only has a constructive influence on our physical health, but it could also increase our vanity. Self-esteem is how we really feel about ourselves and how we perceive our self-worth. It is a key indicator of our mental wellbeing and our ability to cope with life stressors.
